At Dennison Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box along with all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outer shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
